1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JC Wealth Stack (the "Site"), operated by JC Wealth Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including all content, digital playbooks, guides, templates, prompts, and any other products or services we make available (collectively, the "Materials"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any Materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or purchase Materials. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.2 License to Use Materials

When you purchase Materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All Materials, including text, prompts, architectures, code samples, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

1.4 Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Because Materials are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review it in good faith.

1.5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site or Materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source content from the Materials;
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site beyond standard search-engine indexing;
Resell, repackage, or distribute the Materials as your own;
Use the Materials to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model without our prior written consent;
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site, our infrastructure, or other users.

1.6 Third-Party Services

The Materials may reference, link to, or require the use of third-party tools, models, APIs, or platforms (for example, AI providers, hosting platforms, payment processors, brokerage or banking services). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, terms, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

1.7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Materials at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, our users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

1.8 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.9 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Materials will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where applicable law grants you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use JC Wealth Stack and how we use, share, and protect it. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate and improve the Site.

Account & purchase data: name, email address, billing details, and order history when you create an account or buy Materials.

Results will vary based on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Your hardware (CPU, GPU, memory, storage, network);

The specific AI model, provider, region, and version you use;
Provider rate limits, pricing changes, deprecations, or outages;
Your dataset, prompts, configuration, and prior context;
Your skill level, experience, and the time you invest;
